Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this game constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility:
   Entry is open to individuals aged 16 years or over. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval to enter, and the parent/guardian must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. The project may require the parent/guardian to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering the game. Employees (and their immediate families) of the project and agencies associated with this game are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” includes spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, step-sibling, or first cousin.
2. Game Period:
   The game commences at 10:00 AM EST on 22/09/2022 and will conclude on 31/12/2024 at 11:59 PM EST or when all correct guesses are made, whichever occurs first (“Game Period”).
3. Entry Requirements:
   To enter, participants must mint a character via www.mrdrvrs.com. Once minting has closed, clues will be released by the official Twitter account @MRDRVRS in various formats, including text, imagery, audio, and hidden clues in owned assets. To submit a guess, players must burn an NFT. The team will review all submissions, and the first person to guess the murderer correctly will win.
4. Game Conclusion:
   The game concludes when the murderer has been identified or 31/12/2024 at 11:59 PM EST, whichever occurs first (“Game Period”).
5. The token ID of the murderer will be uploaded to IPFS, with a provenance hash added to the contract. At the game’s conclusion, the token ID will be revealed.
6. Verification and Disqualification:
   The project reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence. The project reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it reasonably believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in unlawful or improper misconduct. The project’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation remain reserved. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
7. Guesses and Limitations:
   The number of guesses a player can make depends on how many MRDRVRS NFTs they own. Multiple guesses are allowed, but only one guess can be made at a time, unless otherwise specified by the MRDRVRS team. In the event of a dispute over an entrant’s identity, the project reserves the right to make the final determination.
8. Winner Determination:
   The first player to correctly guess the murderer’s token ID will be the winner. If the murderer’s NFT is held by another individual, the prize will be split 50/50 between the player who made the correct guess and the holder of the murderer’s NFT. If the murderer’s NFT has been burnt, the first correct guesser will receive the entire prize.
9. Prize Details:
   The total prize for MRDRVRS Season 1 is 25% of the mint. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded to the digital wallet connected for gameplay.
10. Content Submission:
    Entrants are responsible for any content they submit via the game, including comments, recordings, and images. The project disclaims liability for any content to the fullest extent permitted by law. The project reserves the right to remove or reject any content without notice for any reason.
11. Intellectual Property:
    By submitting content, entrants warrant that the content does not breach any intellectual property rights, and they consent to the project’s use of the content in any future marketing or promotional activities without compensation. Entrants further agree to indemnify the project for any breach of these terms.
12. Privacy and Personal Information:
    The project collects personal information to conduct the game and may disclose it to third parties for this purpose. Entrants agree to the use of their personal information as set out in the project’s Privacy Policy available at www.mrdrvrs.com/privacy.
13. Limitation of Liability:
    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including Non-Excludable Guarantees, the project (and its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for personal injury, loss, or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in any way from the game, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized access, or third-party interference.
14. Tax Liability:
    Winners are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes. The project and its partners will not handle tax obligations on the winner’s behalf.

Legal Compliance: As a condition of entering the game, winners must sign any legal documentation required by the project, including releases and indemnities. In the case of a winner under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the necessary documentation.
